General Rules
- 0} All members must be at least 13 years of age to register on this forum. Any member who is below the age of 13 shall have their account deleted. Members younger than 13 are not allowed on proboards by the proboards Terms of Service and shall be removed swiftly.
- 1} Only registered members can see inside the rp boards and in character boards. This is a security measure to prevent our member's work from being stolen.
- 2} This site is rated pg-13. This includes: Language, Blood, Gore, Sexual Themes, Drugs, etc. It is your choice as to whether or not you will be involved.
- 3} Anything involving sexual themes over the pg-13 rating is NOT tolerated here! Not everyone wants to read this kind of thread. If you post a sex thread anywhere on the forum you shall have your thread deleted and you shall be suspended for upwards of 2 weeks. Three strikes for this offense and you shall be banned from the site.
Now I'm sure you're wondering about pming each other. By proboards TOS this type of content is not allowed anywhere on the forums. This includes pms. All content, including pms must not go above the pg-13 rating. End result? No pming eachother on this site with sexual content!
If you choose to go against this rule and you are caught by the proboards domain staff, or if you should slip up and mention in the cbox or anywhere on the forumes you are rping inappropriate content through pms, you shall have your account suspended. I understand fully that your pms are your pms and thus they are your own private business. However if your private business is located by the proboards domain staff, it will result in this site being shut down, by them. Not only would it be a personal consquence to yourself, but you would be displacing all the other members of this site. And that is not fair to them.
- 4} All characters, series, mythology, pictures, ect. are trademarked and copyrighted to their respective owners. No copyright infringement is intended.
- 5} Do not post porn, links to porn sites, naked images, or links to naked images. All violaters shall have their account deleted. This is a serious violation of the proboards TOS and the rules of the site.
- 6} It is asked only staff members post in bios. Violators of this rule shall have their posts removed and receive a verbal warning from a staff member.
- 7} Signatures can be no larger than 520x300 and avatars can be no larger than 100x100 anything larger will stretch the page. You shall be asked once to resize your images. If you cannot then a staff member shall do it for you. If you ignore the warning you shall have your image removed.
- 8} Do not hotlink or hyperlink any images! Please re-host any images you wish to use with either photobucket, tinypic, or any other image hosting site. Violators shall have their images/links removed and receive a warning. If you are having trouble re-hosting an image simply pm a staff member or post in the graphics board for it to be re-hosted.
- 9} Do not insult other people, or crudely joke about anything in terms of race, religion, or sexual preference. It's rude, wrong, and downright insulting. The last thing we need is drama started because of this. Quoted from Its In Yer Mind's rules.
- 10} Do not advertise outside of the Affiliation and Advertising board, the section in your mini profile or the little section in the cbox where it says e-mail/url. All violators shall have their posts deleted and they shall receive a warning.
- 11} Do not hound people to post in threads. This is annoying and rude. You are allowed to remind someone five times during the time they are on to post. Do more and it shall be considered hassle and you shall be warned.
- 12} Follow all requirements when posting an affiliation. See the Affiliation and Advertisement board for further information.
- 13} Do not post threads with titles in all caps.
- 14} All rules listed above and below are to be followed when in the cbox.
- 15} Give credit where credit is do!

OOC Rules
- 1} Respect all members, the site, and the staff.
- 2} Staff are here to help and assist members and guests in anyway they can.
- 3} Staff are willing to explain and negotiate with members but staff have the final say in the end. If you are dis-satisfied with the answer a staff member gives you, you are more than welcome to speak directly to the owner and co-owner of the site.
- 4} When asked by a staff member to do something please do not argue with them. If its a simple task such as adding more detail to your bio or fixing some mis-spellings then please do it.
- 5} No spamming, flaming, trolling, starting fights. Violators shall be punished according to the severity of their offense.
- 6} No hitting on, or coming on to other members of the site when told to stop by that member and or staff member.
- 7} Keep all personal issues concerning the site, other members, or real world problems to pm and off the site. If you need to simply vent then feel free to post in our rant board.
- 8} If you have a problem with a member or staff member handle the situation maturely. Try talking out your problem over pm or IM. If you find you are getting no where then feel free to ask a staff member to help mediate the conversation.
- 9} Do not return to the site and rant and post on the site about how a failed or difficult mediation went between you and another member. These posts shall be deleted and you shall be suspended for 3 days.
- 10} Do not rant or start fights in the Cbox.
- 11} Keep swearing to a minimum when posting in OOC threads and speaking in the cbox. Some people find crude language very disturbing so be mindful of other's feelings.
- 12} Links to Project playlist, myspace, face book, stickam, youtube, or other sites of that manner are perfectly fine to place in the c-box. Quoted from Its In Yer Mind's rules.

Character Rules
- 1} You may use a character from any: book, movie, series, anime, video game, manga, ect. which has not been claimed by another member. We, however, do not allow Twilight characters. Twilight has a large enough fan-base and we do not wish for it to overtake the site. Please refer to the Face Claim Thread to see which characters have been taken.
- 2} This site is based off of Trinity Blood, as such we more than welcome members to play as canon characters. Original creation characters are also more than welcome. As stated in the previous rule you may use your favorite characters from other series on here, however they must be altered to fit the site.
- 3} Members are allowed 3 characters per account. Members may have as many accounts as they wish so long as they can properly handle them all. This rule does not apply to staff, they may have more than 3 characters per account, up to 5.
- 4} The default character species are: Human, Methuselah, Cyborg, Lycanthrope [werewolf], and Damphire. Crusniks are limited! There are seven slots to begin with, 3 canon and 4 member created Crusnik. Once all the spots are taken up a new system shall fall into place. Every month 2 Crusnik spots shall be opened up. ONLY ONE CRUSNIK CHARACTER PER PERSON PLEASE!
- 5} Custom species are allowed. However only a certian number of custom species shall be allowed to be created at once. For example, if five people apply to create custom species, only 4 shall be accepted at once. The fifth species shall be the first on the list to be accepted when slots open back up. This is to prevent an influx of custom species over the main species cast from the series. As of right now there are FOUR member designed custom species slots available. Afterwards there will be one custom species slot opened every month. [staff slot custom species is different.]
- 6} Do not steal species information created by the members. You must ask the owner of a custom species to use any powers their character has or to use the species itself. More detail on alotted abilities for characters is posted in the character Information Board.
- 7} Only ONE Trinity Blood canon character per person.
- 8} Every month another custom species slot will open up. Members are allowed to create 1 custom species each. Staff are allowed to create 2 custom species each. It is up to the member to decide if the species is public or private. Public species means anyone can create a character using this species. Private means a member must ask the creator of the species if they may use it for a character. The creator of a private species has every right to deny a person the right to use their species.
- 9} Please read the Banned List so you know which character types/species have been permanently or temporarily banned before you create a bio. The staff shall send out updates when bans are made and removed.
- 10} Members have 14 days from the date they register to begin their bio. If the member has not posted in the away board and has made no attempt to begin a bio and has not contacted staff members the account shall be deleted for in-activity. Codeword is Roaring Abyss.
- 11} If a bio is not complete within seven days of its starting date it shall be moved to the In Progress board to make room for other bios.
- 12} Once a bio is completed, please remove an WIP's from the title and post in the Bio Notification Thread. This way staff members will know to check your bio. If you do not post in this thread, staff shall ignore your bio. Please follow our system to make things easier on both you and the staff.
- 13} You may alter our bio format to suit the aspects of your character. However you must retain the basic information required by the bio format, you cannot delete sections, only add them.
- 14} You are allowed to have a bio longer than one post.
- 15} If you are using an image from deviantart or any other art site such as Fur Infinity, Solid & Ect., or even screen shots or pictures from manga/books, even if you take sections of ideas from other places or places such as wikipedia please give due credit to the creators and or those who inspired you and place a link to the original item under the main picture/link.
- 16} If you are going to use someone's art from Deviantart, Fur Infinity or other such sites, be sure you get permission from the owner of the drawing/line-art/image/text before using it! Otherwise this is classified as theft and you will be suspended and or banned from the site. The last thing we need is for people to come here and complain about members of this site stealing their work.

Role Playing Rules
- 1} All posts are required to be a minimum length of 2 paragraphs, thats 10 sentences, 5 sentences per paragraph. This goes for the combat boards as well. We understand people sometimes get writers block, however if you are constantly posting under the limit then you shall be warned.
- 2} Keep OOC notes out of IC posts unless its something very urgent to do with the rp, no carrying on random conversations.
- 3} Do not post in leet speak or wRiTe LiKE THiS. Its noobish and annoying. Use full sentences and check for proper spelling and grammar.
- 4} No double posting is allowed unless you run out of characters and your post is not finished, may you make a double post.
- 5} You can be as mean and nasty in character but no making personal attacks on the player of the character or the character itself. IE: saying the character is stupid and worthless with a poor design. Calling the player stupid for designing such a character. This is not allowed and is considered abuse.
- 6} Characters can and will die in this rp.
- 7} No killing another person's character without their permission first. During battle threads when it nears the end of the battle the two must decide if it’s to the death or one character shall simply give up.
- 8} Characters who are killed in battle can be brought back to life if the player desires. However the character must remain dead for 1 full week, that’s seven days from the day the character was killed.
- 9} Most definitely no perfect characters are allowed! No mary/gary sue's shall be tolerated here. All characters/species must have weaknesses. These weaknesses can be easy or hard to exploit but the character is required to have weaknesses.
- 10} Absolutely no meta gaming, power-playing, god modding, or forced killing is tolerated. This includes having a character know OOC information about their challenger, controlling the other character's actions in your post. Claiming to land killing blows on the enemy without consent from the other character's owner.
- 11} Players are allowed to say small attacks such as punches, kicks, basically non-lethal/fatal/mortal damage is done to the enemy when a character attacks another. Remember, you cannot dodge and counter attack every single move your enemy throws at you.
- 12} If players wish for their characters to start families the mother must remain pregnant for 1 full week, 7 days before newborns are allowed to be registered and brought into the rp. When this is decided upon by players the parents stats must be posted in the Breeding Roster sub-board located within the Character's Corner main board. Follow the forum inside to post both parent's stats. Staff members shall decide how many offspring are born, their genders, eye color, hair color, and skin color, along with any health problems. Parents decide on personality, powers, build, etc.
- 13} When offspring are born the players of the parents are allowed to keep all the offspring if they desire. However if they do not, they can place the offspring up for adoption for other members to play. The “parents” retain the right to pick certain people to play the offspring if they wish.
- 14} If you are in a thread which is moving towards sexual encounters above the pg-13 rating [getting into the actual acts] simply fade out in the actual rp and continue through IM or EMAIL ONLY rp it out if you desire and then return to the main rp and fade in to the morning after.
- 15} No forced breeding/sex is allowed unless the players involved have already agreed on everything ahead of time. Once again when the actual action is about to begin, fade over it and continue it off site if desired then return to the main rp and simply state ‘the deed was done’ if you want and continue on.
- 16} Please see the Thread titled Rp Guidelines for further definition and explanation on the different types of power playing.
- 17} If a person desires to have their character transformed into a Methuselah/Lycan/Cyborg/Crusnik they may rp out how all this occurs. For these types of transformations to occur the character is usually taken to the remains of the facility on Neverland Island. The most common methods are kidnapping or the person willingly traveling to the island or ending up their by accident such as their boat drifting off course or a plane crash.
- 19} When a character is undergoing the transformation into another species they must remain on Neverland Island for a total of Three Real Life Days. There is plenty to do on the island during this time.
